I love the sweet chewiness of a coconut macaroon but the sugar content in the commercial products was always too much for my tastes. Until I made these...They are divine and healthy! And guess what? they are super easy to make gluten free!

Hi,  I had fun today at Aldi.  and found some new Gluten Free items to try!!   Polska Kielbasa, Risotto and a Basil infused Olive oil that was on sale!!  Our beloved dog Jack is hanging in the kitchen hoping for pizza.  He is nuts for my gluten free pizza crust so I guess I better go whip some up!   Have a wonderful Sunday everyone!      xoxo
