Remember, even if your list fails, you can cube it, toast in the oven, and make croutons or stuffing! My favorite egg substitutions are the following
ONE (1) egg equals any one of the following:

1) Combine:

2 Tbs. flour
½ tsp. oil
½ tsp. baking powder
2 Tbs. liquid

OR
2) Combine:

2 Tbs. water
1 Tbs. oil
½ tsp. baking powder

OR
3) Combine:

1 Tbs. flaxseed* (ground in coffee mill)
3 Tbs. warm water

OR
4) Combine:

1 Tbs. gelatin or fruit pectin
3 Tbs. warm water I would try more pectin

I would suggest either #2 or #4. You will need to reduce/delete my additional 1/4 cup water/liquid recommendation and if you use #4, I would use the pectin or gelatin needed for the egg conversion but delete the 1 teaspoon fruit pectin in the recipe.
I would love to hear your results and if you need more help you can find me on FB too. Have a great day and good luck!

Ali @ Glutenfreehomebakeryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18318582213464786688noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3882165081790055496.post-35117693548947510142016-03-22T11:39:13.709-04:002016-03-22T11:39:13.709-04:00This looks amazing!
